During our meeting the Invitation letter from the Government of Sierra Leone was personally delivered by Mrs. Antoinette Mutesa from AQ Consulting to TU Delft and received by Prof. Dr. Ir. Nick van de Giesen – holding the Van Kuffeler Chair of Water Resources Management of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
